The deadline to submit a speaking proposal for the Healthcare IT News and HIMSS Pop Health Forum 2017, April 3-4, in Boston, is just a few days away.

If you are a healthcare payer or provider with a compelling pop health management story to share, don’t keep it to yourself.

This event focuses on peer-to-peer education and does not accept submissions from vendor organizations, unless made on behalf of a payer or provider customer.

The forum places a high value on proposals that offer practical, actionable information and real-life solutions. Presentations must demonstrate a real ROI – better care, lower costs and/or increased patient engagement.

Proposals should focus on one or more of the four key cornerstones of population health: data and analytics, care coordination, patient engagement and experience and reimbursement.

Click here to submit a proposal. Proposals must be submitted by 5 PM EST, Friday, January 13.
